With this service you can upload your Fitbit "Account Archive" (in zip format, click here for details on how to do this). It will convert your Fitbit account archive from the zipped json format into the .CSV format that Garmin allows for import. Here are details on what data is converted and how to import into Garmin.
Note: Only the data that Garmin allows to be imported will be converted. Sleep data is additionally converted, but Garmin does not allow that to be imported.

I've found that Fitbit is more generous in it's step count, so there are more Fitbit steps in a day than a Garmin would count. So this allows a conversion percentage of your choice. I've found that 75% is a good number in my data, but set to any value as you like.
Some Fitbit Date/Times are stored in UTC instead of the local time. Select a timezone to use for the correct conversion.
